Powered By Rainbows Pride Shop is a small business with limited resources and space; therefore, we have a 7-day return policy AND returns on items are only accepted if the product was damaged in shipping. This means you have up to 7 days after receiving your order to contact us for a refund if your order was damaged in shipping.
All of our products have very clear descriptions and photographs including measurements so please make your selections carefully before ordering. For these reasons, no returns or refunds will be granted for any other reason than damage in shipping.
Once an order is placed, it will ship out shortly after (hopefully even the same business day). If you need to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible with your order number and a note that you would like to cancel the order. Once your order has shipped, even if a tracking number has not been provided to you, we cannot cancel the order since we cannot stop the shipment while in transit.
If an item is damaged in shipping, please contact us within 7 days at firstname.lastname@example.org and please include the following in your email.
1. Photo showing the damaged item(s).
2. Photo showing the damaged box or envelope it was delivered in.
3. And your order number.
Powered By Rainbows has the right to refuse a return and/or replacement if these 3 items are not included. Our team will work as quickly as possible to solve your case to get you either a refund, return and replacement, or a replacement for the item(s) damaged in transit.
Any damage the customer is responsible for will not be considered by our staff for return or replacement.
If a refund is granted by our team, you will be refunded on the original payment method. It may take 14 business days for your bank or credit card to process the refund.
