DISCREET SHIPPING:

 

All of our items are shipped in discreet packaging so no one knows what you are receiving besides you and us.

When shipping outside of the United States, some countries do require us to authorize them to inspect the packages as part of their Customs and Border Protection policies, especially when shipping metal items like pins.

SHIPPING DAYS:

All orders are shipped on Mondays through Fridays. No orders are shipped on Saturday or Sunday. All orders received before 11:30 AM (Eastern Time Zone) on these shipping days will be shipped with that round of orders. After 11:30 AM Eastern, orders will be scheduled for shipment on the next business day.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS:

All digital download items are available to customers in all countries. Once your order is complete, our website will automatically email you with your digital downloads immediately in PDF format. Digital items can be downloaded from this email but digital downloads CANNOT be resold or uploaded to any website as all items are copyrighted and trademark-protected.

DELAYS:

Some products might be delayed in shipping depending on our current inventory.

During peak times of the year (November - December and May - July), we might require an extra day or two to prepare orders because of the number of orders coming in. Usually, orders are prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). If further delays occur, we will try our best to email customers what the issue is and the expected wait time.

Powered By Rainbows and Matt Haslam Productions, LLC are not responsible for delays in shipping times once the item is shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS). Some shipping times might vary during peak times of the year or due to severe weather in parts of the world.

SHIPPING RATES:

All items are available to ship to any country. All shipping fees are determined by USPS. Though international shipping is sometimes expensive depending on what you purchase, please know Powered By Rainbows does not control the fees and these are determined by USPS shipping rates. We are charging the least amount we can for shipping.
 

WHO SHIPS ITEMS?

All of our items are shipped through the United States Postal Service. If an item is being shipped internationally, it might be transferred to your country's local delivery service for final delivery. All items shipped internationally may be subject to inspection by your border control agency and Powered By Rainbows is not responsible for items seized these agencies for any reason.
